I would really appreciate any expert could give me some information regarding changing my wife status from H4 to F2.Here is the situation,I am filing for change of my status from h1 to f1 next week.I wonder do i have to send request for change of my wife status together with my application or i have to wait until my status gets approved to f1 from USCIS.Also what kind of documents do i need to change from H4 to f2?

Please share your experience if anyone had done or know anything on this subject matter.i am really in a need of helpful immigration suggestions.

Desperate soul,
You have to do it simultaneously, i.e.both h1 to f1 and h4 to f4. I did the same last year. Regarding the documents required your lawyer can advise you as I forgot them. Just answering your main querry in order to pacify your 'Desperate" mind.
