anybody can do help? mero sathi under age ko lai beer sale gareko case ma court jada tya bata immigration le jail ma lagecha coz out of status  but  he is already married with us citizen and filed already i130 and i485 and got a receipt no too. ICE ma status ajustment ko appoinmont date ma pani jail bata attened garayena . he is in jail from march 18th 2011 .k uslai deport garna sakla ? uslai jail bata nikalna ko lagi kasai sanga idea chha bhane share garu na hau sathi haru .

You won't get it if she is found guilty in a court.
In USA a felon can't vote how can they sponsor you for citizenship. But you will get employment authorization SSN if you don't have one already.
Just get a divorce

 A lawyer hired already but  case is still pending! status adjustment is going on precessing  but why immigration holding him i have no idea.
