I was working for a company since one year, The company sponsored H1 for me which started from this October, and recently I got lay off, currently I am in H1 status. So can anyone tell me how much time do i have left to change into another status or to search another job. Is there other options. and if you guys know any good consultancies that transfer the H1 that will be great help.
Thanks....

Once u are Laid off, you are no Longer in H1B Status..
"So can anyone tell me how much time do i have left to change into another status or to search another job."
Technically u don't have a Single day to change to another Status or to Search for Another Job. However, USCIS may Over Look the case if he/she <20-30 days out of Status.(it Solely Depends upon USCIS and U may not even Get that Time frame).
Hope it Helps

pyaradeshbariharu is right, there is no time limit defined. the day you were laid off is the last day on ur H1b so you better file for change of status right away.
