It looks like the one we looked for sometime back. Is it 600 including utilities or 600+utilities. We are looking for no more than 600 in total and only for three months. So total amount we can pay in 3 months is 1800 or less.

Hi, I don't quite remember you but if you are going to be living by yourself, then the rent is $600 including all utilities but if you have a partner, then its $650 including all utilities. There were two tenants living in the room previously and they paid $700 including utilities so I can't go less than that if its going to be two people living in the room.
