folks, Again some immigrations issues...What are the chances about H1b and green card, if you work(full time) in state university..I heard H1B would be easier and would like to know about the GC processing....any experiences/knowledge...always welcome...

Koney, It depends what position you are working as. But in either case, H1B is easier. If you are a tenure-track faculty, GC is really fast.

I am sure H1B is easier, as King HC said But am not sure about the GC. May be 3yrs ..just a guess....
