Ram Hari may be innocent
I am reading all the threads regarding xnepali, dcnepal and ram hari.
After reading all the posts, I think its unnecessary charge against Ram Hari.

1. Title of xnepali's page being DC Nepal doesn't prove dcnepal owns xnepali. If I setup a website today and titled is at DC Nepal, will Ram hari be responsible for that?

2. The screenshots also doesn't prove anything. xnepali displayed dcnepal's email address there. If I post dcnepals emails on my website, will ram hari be responsible for that?

Above mentioned points just proves that xnepali is using dcnepal's credentials, it doesn't say anything else.

I have no idea about adbrite account.

At the most what can be said with evidence on hand is:
1. They share same structure of website and probably same php codes.
2. May be same person designed/developed both of the sites and copied same code over to xnepali from what he used for dcnepal.
3. May be xnepali wants to defame dcnepal and/or ram hari.
4. May be dcnepal and xnepali want to earn fame notoriously.

I am not advocating for Ram hari, dcnepal or xnepali, just pointing the facts together. If anyone thinks Ram Hari is infact culprit, I hope to see more persuasive facts.

You can clearly see in the screenshot of current page where even the title of page is changed to "XNepali.com-Show My IP!". If you look in google cache, it was "DCNepal.com-Show My IP!". And nobody is that moron that he/she uses somebody else's email address for correspondence with webmaster and billing.

Why the address was deleted over the night?

Do not try to hearten some stupid people in vain.

Ya I've seen that, and what I am trying to say is this doens't prove dcnepals connection to xnepali. It just proves xnepali's use of dcnepal.

The culprit must be owner of xnepali as xnepali used dcnepal on title and emails webmaster and billing. As the fact that 'Ram Hari owns xnepali' has not established yet, we cannot say its him. If owner is 'Ram Hari' .... then everything will come together as charged.

Just one question:
IF I open Prakash_Ji.com and write its title as "Welcome to sajha.com" and display support as support@sjha.com and billing as billing@sajha.com ........ will San Pradhan be named as owner of Prakash_Ji.com ??

If sajha is going to list the banner of Prakash_Ji.com in its website, San will of course visit the website at least once and will take action against them for using his adress without his knowledge.

I guess RamHari was not so stupid that he listed x-nepali.com on dcnepal.com even without going through its contacts details.

And if there was no connection in between two sites, why he let x-nepali.com use his address.

Its not that only Xnepali is using DCnenepal, DCNepal is alos using XNepali.
At least, Ramhari should be able to answer that.

I agree with that.
I assume xnepali pays dcnepal. If not we are building a base for charge against Mr. Subedi.

About the Adbrite account, it has been closed too.

But, the screenshot / google cache is still available on Google.

Why would RamHari and XNepali.com share a single adbrite account ??

And the justification about Adbrite we received from Ram Hari was "I DONT KNOW, HOW DCNEPAL AND XNEPALI GOT SAME ADBRITE ACCOUNT"

Well, webmaster needs to confirm the ownership etc. before you can setup an account on adbrite.... so ??

And if somebody else is doing all this to DEFAIM Ramhari, why would he go around deleting and changing pages as soon as these issues are raised??

I understand what you are trying to say. You have the right to have your own opinion, just like I have my own..... I respect your opinion as well...

But, if we just got some convincing evidences from Ram Hari... and he could explain all the technical questions that we have been asking him since yesterday.... maybe I would start thinking that he is innocent too...

But ... all he does when he gets on Sajha... is

" I KNOW WHO YOU ARE... TAKE CARE OF YOUR WIFE AND KIDS "

That kinda attitude... make my point more strong. He doesn't have any evidence to prove himself innocent, so he is trying to "threaten" us , by bringing our family in... thats pretty lame, and pathetically sick and funny!

We're being democratic, and giving Ram Hari Subedi a chance... to prove himself innocent.

We have posted enough evidences of him being guilty... and all he has to say is :-

"I HAVE TOLD YOU 100 TIMES THAT I AM NOT INVOLVED WITH XNEPALI.com"

So this is a platform that we have created for Ram Hari Ji to prove his stand on being innocent.... he does not need to tell us where Bathroom Coffee is from, or bring his wife and daughter in the middle of this discussion..... Ram Hari Ji should understand that he has other things to worry about.
