Hello All, As you aware that most people will be travelling from New York to Newark for convention. I have checked ANA web site too, it doe's not give any direction from bus and train from New York. if any one could help me out and tell me which no's bus to take from New York. It would be really grateful to lot of people in New York. I think ANA website should have direction at there site, so it could be helpful to lot of people in New York. On this reagrd I had mailed to Suman of ANA organising comitee, but he seems to be very busy. Any help will be highly appreciated and it would be better for lot's of Nepalese travelling from New York.

You're welcome, Khorsani. Newark sounds like New York and if you know the geography of this area, New Jersey, especially the city of Newark is just a 'natural enlargement' of the city of New York - or kind of, really.

hey guys if you are arriving at newyork and want to get to the ANA venue place the cheapest way to do that(recommended if you are travelling light), catch the PATH train from WTC station or 33rd ST station( $1.5 one way) to NEWARK Penn station. Then catch the bus to NEWARK Airport($1.5) At the airport, take Air Train to Terminal P4. (Free) At the terminal P4 will be Sheraton’s Shuttle Bus to whisk you to the Hotel (Free) . so this way you reach there in $3 instead of $14 that you have to pay if you take the NJtransit train. anymore question , will be glad to answer.

Ask not what others can do for country. Ask what you can do for the country.

I wish you had that much pride about Nepal as much as you do about New York. So is Newark just an enlargement of new York? if thats the case what do you have to say when indians think that Nepal is part of India. Nepal is an enlargement for India..

Ahhhh coolnepali - now that sounds like a question directed to me. My play on words, of course, can be twisted whichever way any one wants. What can I say??? But, just rhetorically, wouldn't ANA 2006 New York being held in New Jersey is just as legit as calling the teams that play in Meadowlands, NJ, as New York Giants, New York Jets and, in MLS, New York Red Bulls (formerly Metro Stars)? New York City and Meadowlands and Newark, New Jersey, are very close geographically. Much closer than where I live which falls under the city of New York. And yes, Jai Sambhu, indeed.

no problems guys, glad to be of any help, eventhough i will not be there, miss newyork a lot though, and yes newark is like newyork only,35 mins to midtown manhattan, thats way a lot nearer than say JFK / other parts of queens/bronx, so iguees we can call newark a part of newyork, just like patan and kathmandu.
