So we must control root of crimes, corruption and illegal activities inside Nepali government offices.

We have to create rule, regulation, law and order for working in Nepali Government Office. Nepali people whoever work in Nepali government offices, actually they never ever work Seriously, Responsibly and Accountably.

It is main causes of:

(1) Every Nepali government employees only work 5% within actual work responsibilities of 100% in each year. Rest 95%, they involve in crimes, corruption and do mismanagement (fake sick, leave, gossips, outing, unethical activities) etc.

(2) There is no such strong employment or working rule, regulation, law and order.

(3) There is no such hiring and firing law and regulation. They never get fired so who care job and take responsible for work. Nobody.

(4) There is no employment control force or department or managerial task. So who care their responsible job?

(5) To control work crimes, miss-management and corruption, monthly salary must remove and implement hourly basis and limited hours of pay of most government employments like United Kingdom. So Nepali respect time and money. It will take cares 25% miss-management of employment. So at least Nepali employee come to office and does something their responsible job.

(6) Law and regulation must establish for No political talks and politics in office, No sexual abuse and harrashment, due date of task or job, dateline and schedule of work, weekly work report or work status report etc. It might control 25% miss-management of employment.

(7) Government must establish work and employment investigation deaprtment or unit task force. So it will watch, study and research work, employment and management crimes and corruption. It will help to reduce crime, corruption and help to manage well in government offices. It will help to boost government work, task, projects and country development. It might help 50% to 60% control in miss-management of employment.

Every Government Offices, most of the officers do bribery, crimes and corruption, Just handfull people are honest and stand on their responsibility and honesty.

These kind of honesty Nepali people are hardly 5% in Nepali government offices.

Turly, some are very very honest.

How do they corruption and bribery in Nepali Government Offices?

(1) Bribery for any official work for public.

(2) Take bribery as a commission. Taking commission profit is illegal by Law.

(3) Corruption on official budget, projects, financial and Accounting frauds.

Does anyone has experiance when you went to the govt. office for some works and first of all it took them so long todo it and than they asked moeny for chiya-khaja. I have those kind of experiance more than once.

Once when I went to registered my new scooter. They guy took me in the corner and asked me if I am willing to give him some money for chiya-khaja. Well, I did, what can you say if someone is asking directly.

And the other time when I went to the Passport Office in ktm, the CDO did not want to correct few things in my passport and I had very little time to make it to my hometown. I beg him really bad, well, he indirectly asked me for the bribe and I told me after I get my passport I will be ready to pay him any amount of money.

Well, after the passport came in my hand I thanked the CDO and he told me that he wants to talk to me in his office but I refused him by saying I am really in hurry . So this time I did not pay at all.

First, I went to CDO office to apply my Nepali citizenship, they told me it takes 3 weeks. I went after 3 weeks, and they said they did not find my application and documents.

Second time, I went CDO office to inquiry my Citizenship ID. Nobody interest on me. I saw couple of Dothi Indians were coming out from CDO office with holding Nepali Citizenships ID in their hands.

Third time, I gave them $4,000 and they did not say anything. They told me to sign on ID that's all.

It is very easy if you gave them bribery. They even do not need your birth certificates and other document. They just stamped and signed and give you Nepali citizenships.

Please don't exaggerate. It's 97.82%

Nepal Government Officials Crooks are the most Irresponsible, Immoral, Selfish, Corrupt, Criminals and Stupids people of Nepal.

That is the reason behind all these bad things happen in Nepal and we are suffering.

Actually there is, You see that everytime government changes (which happen about 50 times in last 15 years)
Nepal's government (past and present) is corruption organization, the higher you go, bigger the curruption........Yes dhoti prasad King counts as well.

We are in the same situation as many African countries, who are plagued by currupt politicians, who thin country is their real estate and they squeeze every bit of blood poor nepali citizens.

If we need True Peace, Democracy, Freedom and Human Rights in Nepal, We must take care all Nepali Government Officials or Government Offices.

In Nepali Government Offices, so many Nepali crooks live, survive and enjoys from 4 decades. These are the people who ruined this heavenly country Nepal and future of all Nepalese.

Heavy and open corruption and organize crimes must be stop in All Nepali Government Offices.
