No wonder birds of feather flock together. One BHOTE promoting another BHOTE.

Bairaghi , this is what I hate abt Nepali people. You didn't have to us the "bhote" word. No matter how educated we Nepalis are, we always look ways to dominate and insult our fellow countrymen.

Bairaghi,
What is "Bairaghi ! Tsamba saaye, aaa?"
It means, "hey Bairaghi, wanna eat Tsamba?"
Tsamba is kind of protein powder, you can say we mix it with Tsha-ja(Salt tea), we mix it, mold it, squeeze it and eat it as snack. Tsampa or Tsamba is a Tibetan and Himalayan Nepalese staple foodstuff, particularly prominent in the central part of the region. It is roasted flour, usually barley flour and sometimes also wheat flour. Very good stuff.

And, shapaley is like something you can assume as flattened momo but fried, stuffed with spicy meat, very tasty. May be you need to taste one, it's very good.
