If you travel without AP, your TPS will be considered abondoned. Best , take infopass and go to local uscis center with all your proofs of emergency. They might give you AP right there. Then you can come back with TPS application pending or approved and card mailed to you in nepal. Without approved TPS, even its risky to travel with AP.
You have to have approved AP to travel.

yes! you can make infopass while the case is processing but came to know that we cant leave the country before AP is approved. i think i have better chance of getting new F1 visa at the embassy than getting AP approved on time

Just keep in mind...all your application considered to be abondoned if you travel with out AP. google it , bing it..its the same..so take risk if you want to.
