It's simple no need of attorneys. Just follow the instructions. If you really need help contact "support for TPS Nepal" on Facebook.

Dont pay anyone to file for TPS, its just like applying for OPT after F1, you will be called for biometrics in this case though. We all here in sajha are to help each other out , just save your money.

Anybody know if couples are filing; file separately or together? I know pay fee for both. Looks like it's asking for the spouse information while filling out the form

Its straightforward application process. You guys are in US and must be smart enough to fill out 2 simple forms and send it to USCIS. For couples, you have to file separately and yes you need spouse information in the application.

Its not just about simple process. Its about always having a hard time while doing anything related with immigration. I thought it would ease the pain if we can take some legal help from an established attorney. Also does any body have any idea how much attorney will charge for their legal services? I believe it is not a complicated process so I think it would be straight forward fee. Let me know if anyone of you have an idea. Thank you

$650 TPS filing fee?? Are you nuts? Don't pay them bastards. Anyways, you are paying some $50 for the application to USCIS, $85 odd for biometrics, $380 to DHS for work authorization. Why pay a freaking lawyer $650? Hell, why pay them even $1?? Those forms will be very straight-forward guys, please don't worry much. Good luck!!

IT LOOKS LIKE - "SINCE THE EAD IS BASED ON TPS NOT ASYLUM I BELIEVE (C) (8) WOULDN'T BE VALID AND THERE ISNT ANY SPACE IN #16 OR CATEGORY AS (a)(12) (c) (8)" (c)(8) " Asylum applicant" http://www.uscis.gov/e-filing-i-765
