Hello guys. I graduated with Mechanical Engineering in December 2013. I applied at so many places but i never got hired. I had many interviews too. Lastly i realized that most of the jobs my friends got are through direct/indirect referrals. I live in a remote part in ND and i dont have any connection to any people. My internship is about to be done and since the company isnt manking any money they just fired my boss whom i was reporting. I dont think i will be kept for long. I dont have any experiences except this internship and few industrail jobs which are not engineering related. If you guys are working as an Engineer at any places do you guys mind referring me and giving me some advice. Also if you know any good recruiting company can you share me their info. I'm already a US citizen so i dont have problem with providing work documents. I would really appreciate my fellow Nepali friends for helping me in this difficult times.
