Hinduism actually is undefined and i think its totally wrong word to define eastern way of living. The eastern religion is the result of many individul seekers who meditated in their own way in secluded pallces and reached in the highest state where human mind can reach. From there they said some feeling they have out of compassion but common people felt them according to their conditioning and some cunning people led the mass.
But agian i feel what ever i do, or dont do doesnot make me not hindu. To try to label eastern way of living in some pattern and to define as hinduism is just a propaganda to make it equal to childish religion Cristianity or muslims.

Lo siento Kung Fu master Bruce, Hinduism is outdated religion. There are 33 Koti Gods ( 1Koti=2 million, I think). Sexy Gods like Krishna (16,000 girl friends) and Shiva. It discriminates people by birth etc.

Hinduism in mutated form:- A set of belief, concept, ideas,rituals, and alos a set of behaviors mostly dominated by such belief, concept, ideas, and rituals. Anything beyond these are non-hinduism. Thus, a set of belief...etc. creats division - hinduisim and nonhinduism. This division creats conflicts and unrest. In another word, it is about taking a side and/or excluding.

Hinduism in its puerest form:- This form has vanished altogether. According to Maramhansa Yogananda, one in a million may be associated with the puerest form of Hinduism. Keep it in mind that in the puerest form, the word 'hinduism' does not exist. It is jut pure, not contaminated by any dogma.

Lord Shiva or Krishna are not the procuts of Hindusm. They are beyond all kinds of forms and names. That is why, somepeople call them NIRAKAR.

Here you go!!! we have to know 'who we are' from a foreign crap. Puerest form of Hinduism can not be understood by reading any books. You meditate and realize it for yourself. Do not be a slave of any craps.Not even of Lord Shiva. You are not supposed to be a slave. You are supposed to be the Lord Shiva himself.

Yes. Hinduism that we practice today is just a subset of rituals out of the broad Sanatana Dharma. 'Hinduism' itself is a later day term and it cannont describe the ancient Sanatana Dharma in totality.

There are multiple parallel philosophical schools in the ancient 'Hindu' 'Sanatana' Dharma, and each school has a distinct principle. These include 1. Sankhya Darshan, 2. Vedanta Darshan, 3. Mimansa, 4. Vaishesika Darshan, 5. Nyaya Darshan, 7. Yoga, 7. Brahminism and even 8. Charvaka or Lokayata Darshan. What we are following as 'Hinduism' today is mainly 'Brahminism' along with lots of rituals, and so what we are practising today can't be claimed as 'Hinduism' in totality.
