Go to system preferences and to International. You get many options both for input and output. You might also wanna check your Unicode settings (character encoding in Firefox) in the browser. It should be UTF-8.

safari or firefox, u should put the encoding as UTF-8 System Preference--> Internation--> Language--> if Nepali is not in left hand side.. go to edit list and check the Nepali, sanskrit or devanagari.. u should be all done..
