Hi Guys,

I have applied H1B from dhoti consultancy. I got selected in lottery but denied lateron. Would it be a good decision to reapply from the same company again??? Does previous denial decision impact my recent application???? Can I apply from two employer at the same time????

Thanks...

NO problem previous denial has nothing to do. As the petitions are selected randomly as lottery who know you may get selected next year. yes you can apply from multiple employers at the same time.

Yakima,

First verify reason, in which ground the visa was denied either from your RFE or employers. It would be better to make sure that your employer might have not been blacklisted by DOL or USCIS due to fraudulent case in the past. Then it might not have any problems to apply from same employer.

Thanks and good luck.

Thank you Friends,

If you are aware of dhoti consultancies, they will never give you genuine resons. However as per his version it goes like this: As a consultant we can either work at client's site or onsite, in my case he applied as a Business Analyst working onsite(i.e. at dhoti company itself). On that basis USCIS asked for RFE, he provied those. At last I saw denial notice in USCIS website. When I asked him about this, he said it became bit difficult to provide enough evidence to prove that. But I am not fully confident on his saying. Thinking to change the company, but all dhotis are same. Do you know good consultancy???? Help me out. Please share if any one have this kind of problem. However my dhoti  has applied for the Motion to reconsider(MTR).

Thank you

For good Desi consultancy(s):
http://www.goolti.com/browse.php?alphabet=all
May be helpful if you have no option
Take time to research from A to Z,
you will find useful clues (link is given above)

Check before you contact the Desi consultancy:
e-mail and phone number
physical location
owner's name
clients list
customer's review
(good if it near by you and you can visit and talk)

That's all what I can share with my search
Good luck !!
