Hi my Nepali passport is expired and I would like to renew it now that we are allowed to get dual citizenship. Is there any instructions somewhere on how to go about doing it?

There is no such law in Napal yet that facilitates the dual citizenship rights. This is still in draft/discussion phase. Once it becomes law in constitution then you are entitled to be rughtful to hold duel citizenship.

Other quick note - if you are in the projects under US Govt's classified categories, your right of obtaining duel citizenship may hender your rights to hold Nepalese passport.

Don't you have a USA passport? why you need nepali passport. Even if your nepali passport is not expired, it is void now. You cannot carry two passport dude. lagla ni mamaghar tira. There is no such law yet in Nepal.
