Also, check out TEXC..here's from their latest financial result.. only selling for about 18 cents. I have 22000 shares bought recently @ 17 cents per share. This stock should be going up in 2014. At least double from here. This is a growth story in working.
HOUSTON, Nov. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TexCom, Inc. (OTC Pink: TEXC) (the "Company" or "TexCom"), an environmental services company serving the oil and gas industry, today announced financial results for the third quarter of 2013. Financial Highlights for the third quarter 2013 compared to the third quarter 2012: -- Revenues totaled $4.15 million, increasing 57% from $2.65 million.
-- Gross profit margin held steady at 45%.
-- Operating income increased 45% to $1.05 million from $721,000.
-- Net income available to shareholders decreased from $2.28 million to
$2.05 million. In both years, the company revalued its deferred income tax assets resulting from its net operating loss carryforwards (NOLs) and other book-to-tax differences. As a result, the company recognized $1.31 million of income tax benefit in the third quarter of 2013,
compared to a benefit of $1.96 million for the third quarter of 2012.
-- Earnings per share on a fully diluted basis were unchanged at $0.03.
Financial Highlights for the nine months ended September 30, 2013 compared to the nine months ended September 30, 2012: -- Revenues totaled $11.8 million, increasing 33% from $8.86 million.
-- Gross profit margin held steady at 50%.
-- Operating income increased 44% to $4.25 million from $2.95 million.
-- Net income available to shareholders rose 6% to $3.62 million from $3.43
million. In both years, the company revalued its deferred income tax
asset resulting from its net operating loss carryforwards (NOLs) and
other book-to-tax differences. As a result, the company recognized
$340,000 of income tax benefit in the first nine months of 2013,
compared to a benefit of $1.96 million for the first nine months of
2012.
-- Earnings per share on a fully diluted basis were unchanged at $0.05.
Prior to the third quarter of 2012, the Company valued its net operating loss carryforwards (NOLs) at zero due to the uncertainty of generating future income to utilize the NOLs. With the substantial improvement in operations, the Company revalued the NOLs and recorded the future benefit as an asset, and has been recognizing income tax expense since the third quarter of 2012. In the third quarter of 2013, the Company again revalued certain deferred income tax assets including the NOLs and other book-to-tax differences and increased its estimate of their value by approximately $1.6 million.
"While third quarter 2013 results were substantially improved over the third quarter 2012, operating income and net income were significantly less than the results achieved in the first two quarters of 2013. Results at MB Environmental Services, LLC were reduced due to lower revenues and increased property maintenance costs incurred during the quarter. Results at Eagle Ford Environmental Services, LLC were reduced due to lower revenues as the facility was shut down for several periods to allow the completion of the second disposal well. The second well is expected to be operational within the next week. However, TexCom Environmental Services, LLC generated better than expected revenues and operating income," stated Bob May, CEO and President.
So even with all the temporary trouble, they still made profit. Now all problems are fixed and they have new well that is already working. Next quarter should be even better. Shares at this price are cheap. Will check back on this stock sometime next year to see if I'm right. Happy stock hunting.

I added some $ARIA last week. It looks like gonna pop tomorrow due to some rumour. May hold it for a while. $ZGNX been doing good. Sold $DRAD for 8% profit- following your path beautifool. I added $OIBR, a whole bunch, when it dropped to $1.81. It might do well in 2014.

ARIA seems to be better for some longer term. Listened their conference last times and they focused more on the technical part of their product than financial assessment. Had a similar pop in pre market few days ago but later diffused. The current rumor will at least keep it higher I think. Interestingly 6.66 has been sticking like a magnet for this stock. I had an eye on this stock since when citi downgraded it but interestingly raised the target price, odd. They might knew about this possible but out then. Anyway it is risky to bet on ARIA with that rumor. Lets wait to see tomorrow.

@lopchandai...glad you made 8% profit from DRAD. I'd feel bad for myself if you lost money on the stock that I mentioned. I've seen that you (lopchandia) and some others (i485) and others have made good calls on some stocks. Very happy for your picks. I never bought what you guys bought..because my mind is limited to understanding stuffs. And that is okay. So, I recommend nobody to buy either PEIX or TEXC or whatever other stocks that I've mentioned so far. Do your own research. Buying stock is no different than you opening a grocery store. If you are opening a grocery store, you always want to be in the right spot etc..so, it's no fluke. Companies that have their "cashiers busy" will only make their shareholders happy. Sexy stocks is no more than playing "musical chair" game. To anyone who is new and want to learn about the stock market..my best recommendation is..go to the school/public library and there are tons of books. There are youtube videos on "value investing"..including the audio of "intelligent investor" by Ben Graham. Here's the link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXQH_Op_8-w I know that telling you all new people to go read and learn about investing before you invest is comparable to telling a fat person to go do exercise and control their diet, if they want to lose weight. Happy days ahead..but I'm out. I don't want to post any stocks here out of excitement anymore and be wrong and get blamed. Do your own research. Good luck to all. I'm out and will not be posting anymore.

TEXC - Volume up along with stock price in the anticipation of good results within 2 weeks. Annual report is coming and more profits to be booked. Already 46% up since I bought it 3 months ago. Expecting the stock to move much much higher in the coming months. Currently at 26 cents, bought it around 17.5 cents. This stock should hit 50 cents anytime in the next few months.

PEIX story is not over yet. It is going to touch 30. I bought it around 7..today it is 16..here's my prior post. In fact..Ethanol price has gone so much up...PEIX is simply PRINTING MONEY! How good a feeling when things go as you expect! Happiness has no limit! "But with PEIX, I'm optimistic that this will be a 30 dollar stock..if commodity market stays as it is. Corn price needs to be checked on a regular basis. The more the price of corn go up, bad for PEIX and vice versa." All is good in the PEIX neighborhood

And if it goes the way it is going.. I won't be surprised if PEIX touches 50 or 70.. If it touches 70. by the end of the year.and I bought for 7 bucks..that'd be my 10 bagger and my zipcode changer

but, but and but..PEIX is a commodity stock..and anything can happen in the commodity market. and that is why there is saying that commodity market is fortune maker for some but widow maker for most. So ya'll gotta be careful! I'm and I'll be the first one to cash out..if anything bad happens with either Ethanol price per gallon or corn price per bussel. So easy to understand the business. Just check ethanol price and corn price..and play accordingly..but so far..PEIX has become Julam Trial to now Bassa Trail

I don't buy any stocks that are shared here by anyone... “The single most important decision in evaluating a business is pricing power,” Buffett. Looking forward to find pricing powerhouse stocks

Also added 10 thousand more TEXC this week for 23 cents. I feel like slapping myself when I did not buy more TEXC when it was available for 18 cents. My MBA Finance/CPA friend whom I mentioned this company..loaded a lot..because he said..he audits a similar private company in Texas and says the private company is making a lot of money. And he bought TEXC for 18 cents 10 days ago.. I am not a finance expert but I know few of them. I just try to figure where a Certain industry is heading. TEXC is going to pay all of my 2014 bills plus vacation while PEIX is going to change my zip code

Ok..may not 10 days..but 15 or 20 days..When I mentioned here..it was 17 cents..and some ignorant fools tried to bitch slap me ..and glad that those ignorant emotional fools decided to give up fairly quickly. I don't go and post stupid comments on anyone posts. At least..that is what I think..If you don't have the habit of reading books..don't even consider commenting on my posts..coz' I'll bitch slap you..as soon as I find that your message is ignorant ..filled with nonsense..however..will take every positive/negative comments..but..your comments must be factual. Good night ya'll..time to sleep.
