The new City Museum celebrates the changes our city has gone through. Chief curator D Bhasker Rao says. "The history of Hyderabad goes well beyond theestablished year of 1591. In fact, there are traces of a civilization here 4000 years ago. The city museum will try to showcase the multifaceted hues of the city and its rich heritage in sequential manner."
Hyderabad is an ancient town mentioned for its many typical monuments,temples, churches, masjids, and bazaars. Lots of impacts has shaped the character of the town in the last 400 years.

……and I always thought it was a free website where we could always speak our mind and see past racism and animosity.
Not pointing fingers, but I would be ashamed of myself if I condoned all the posts related to places like Boston and Melbourne and Rio de Janeiro and Bucharest only to spew venom when someone posts about a city in India.
I fondly remember eating chicken Biriyani at this local restaurant below charminaar back in the day I was being trained at a steel plant in Visakhapatanam one summer and took a trip to this fabulous city.
Having been interested in Urdu language for eons, I have been reading (and struggling to understand) the poetries of Bahadur Shah Jafar and Mirza Ghalib that speaks volumes of the saga of love and betrayal. There was a small bookstore in the heart of the city where I handpicked few books of Urdu poetry and have been preserving them ever since.
I wish I could visit Hyderabad again.
