why don't you go and be a part of it and try to change? yes yes  its always easy to blame others. and don't worry about girija he wont live forever.

Nepalis have been drunk to hell with Raajtantra. And what did Nepal get after the 1st JanaAndolan? WE WOKE UP. The struggle continued. Other countries have been in deeper poverty and civil war for ages now, and a cursory look at African countries will show you how fortunate Nepal has been to avoid a prolonged war, get rid of Klan based powercenters that never did any good for the common citizen.

Now there is no one to look up to in servitude. There is no master. The responsibility has come to every Nepali to make the best of what has been achieved, and move forward from there.

The beauty of a TRUE democracy is that people can have DREAMS and PLANS and ACTIVE PARTICIPATION to shape their own destiny. For the first time, I feel FREE. Yes, I am not in Nepal, I did not participate in the movement on the streets and I did not vote in the CA. But I wish a better Nepal for my children, a different dream, and a different HOPE. Current development is just the first step, I there is much work to be done. America took more than 250 years to get where it is today. I cannot say how long Nepal takes, but however long it takes, the signs are promising.

If you don't like the new Nepal, you can always start your own movement, your own aandolan, and your own party. THIS IS DEMOCRACY my friend. With imperfections, but better than alternatives.
