Hey everyone

Since i came to america about 12 years ago, i haven't tasted Badel Ko Masu and I miss it. If anyone of you here feel the same way and know where to find it let me know.

If there is a Thai grocery store in your area, you might want to try there. They usually have it frozen. Which turns out okay if you fry it. However, if you like it boiled, I found  the meat texture doesn't turn out as well when it's boiled from frozen

PS: Dont forget to boil/cook it well - you never know what the darned thing was eating

I HAD ONCE IN HIMALAYAN YAK RESTURANT AT JACKSON HEIGHT..BUT REALLY DON'T KNOW WAS BADEL KO MASHU OR SOME PORK STUFF FRON NY...BUT I CAN TELL WAS TASTING GOOD..IF AROUND NY TRY IT THERE....GOOD LUCK
