Can anyone please advise me on whether I can file H1B1 myself without a lawyer? That is file LCA by myself on my home computer under my new employer's name?

No, I already have an H1B1. I am only chainging employers, so I want to do it myself on the employer's behalf. While trying to file the labor, the online LCA site gives a big 'WARNING' about the lawful users so i am a little scared.

Padma, dont do that!!! to save few bucks, you might put your status in jeopardy! find a legal counsel near you and do it. However in other hand, if you are aware of wages, LCA requirements, form I-129, you can do it yourself. its not that hard but little bit tricky if you are doing it for first time.
