HEY GUYS I AM HERE TO INFORM YOU THAT ARE WE ALL RIGHT? I MEAN ARE WE ALL DOING RIGHT THING FOR THE FUTURE OF COUNTRY. WE ALL NEED DEMOCRACY BUT in the name of democracy are we all heading to right direction just bringing all the forces against Monarchy. Well lets companre that How many kings we have so far since the Reign of Late King PrithviNarayan shah. And in another side Lets count how many Prime Ministers we have so far In the reign of Two Kings. Now i request you to remember those days that how much power that our Prime Ministers used after the declaration of King and Constitutional Monarchy. So far any one can make conclusion that those Primers are only after the power to take over not to lead the country. And wat are we goign to do opposing the King as Ceremonial or Constitutional? Does anything click in your head my friends....? We are going to handover Complete power to them not the People Oriented Leaders but the Power Oriented Leader. PLEASE THINK THOUSAND TIMES . I AM SCARED THAT ONE DAY NEPALI PEOPLE WILL BE IN IDENTITY CRISIS. AND HOPE WE WON'T BE REFUGEES IN OUR OWN COUNTRY IN THE NAME OF POWER HOLDING AND POWER SHIFTING

Hajambhayena jee, your idea is 40% correct. But, you should remember that royals always tried to grab power with the help of army. They created unstable politics. You can see Japan. How ceremonial monarchy? is functioning well. Why they did not take similar approach in the past? They had to cooperate with exsiting democratic system. I do not disagree that some of our leaders are trademark of India or USA. It was wrong in part of democratic parties in the past. They did not work in the greater interest of people. They just used to do 'Chakari' to royals. Still, they are doing Chakari. They have no agenda. Why they are doing chakari? King with army has created such a system that on one can work independently. Question is here: we have to break this tradition. We can do it either by removing King or giving him limited role.

hey hajambhayena,,, what is the point for u to like monarchy that u are so much after it?the monarchial system has never been good ,,exceptions some kings are diligent in the world history.and the kingship is a very old kind of system and scientifically not suitable for the present world.how come the succesors of a king are necessarily capable of leading a country?for instance can u imagine paras ,,using all the powers and leading the country,,and what can you predict about the succesor?A country should be led by a person capable of doin it and selecting that person is the theme of democracy. And talking about Nepali king ,,Nepali people had accepted him as constitutional,he tried to get supreme power ,never realised people cannot accept absolute monarchy in this time,,,so virtually lost a chance of being at least a ceremonial one! right now ,nepali people have got their identity all over the world as the brave ones to fight against the absolute monarchy and gettin rid of it..how come theres the identity crisis? dont worry friend we"ll not be refugees ......... what do ya think??//

hajambhayena, King and Democracy are opposite to each other. We tried to Mix it in 2046, we could not thus resulted in 2063 revolution . It proved only one could live at a time. We tried the king Panchayat we did not like it. Now its democracy's turn to be tested, democracy alone by itself. We are gonna try it for nother decade or two. If it does not work out you win , we will have the king back.

I AM NOT A SOCIAL WORKER WHO IS HERE TO CHANGE PEOPLES BELIEF AND IDEAS. I JUST THINK ABOUT THE BETTERMENT OF THE MOTHERLAND AND SHE NEEDS JUSTICE. IF SOMEONE HAS PROBLEM WITH KNG, GO TO REHABLITATION CENTER, UR IDEAS WILL BE CHANGED AND U WILL ERUPT AS A LEARNED PERSON. ANYWAYS, IF I WERE KING, I WOULD HAVE ASKED 20 M17 CHOPPERS AND AIR RAIDED ALL THE MOAIST AND SPA AFFECTED ZONES. KILL HUNDRED THOUSANDS. REST WILL BE FINE. IF DEMOCRACY MEANS CHAOS, I AM AGAINST CHAOS. JAI BABA PASHUPATINATH!

hey Hajambhayena As a Nepali, yur thoughts can't be digested. Are you a retard to say these things after going through all these craps? King, 13 kings or watever(i have lost the count), wat did they exactly do? Are we one of the richest country in the world ? The last thing you wanna do is support the King and the royals. You never know when they will take back our freedom. Its just a matter of time and Parash is the new king in the making. your idea seem totally crazy to me. Think again and don't insist anybody to think your way. you talk about identity crisis, wat has king to do with Id crisis? And talking about shifting of power, thats how things work. In a modern capitalistic society, you have to have shifting powers and colliding forces. Its just time that will bring peace and progress in Nepal. We are late but we will come back strong and I have no doubts that new vision will take away those age old system of administration and the coming generations will see a better Nepal. History will hide this regression. I hope things move forward by leaps and bounds...

Jai Hindu Did you go to Rehab yourself? You seem pretty visionary. To let you know, Democracy is not chaos but democracy can come thru chaos. Just go back to the Rennaissance and french revolution and all other European revolution and yess it all came through some revolutions and chaos. But, they thrived after that. And about you, you don't like revolution and chaos, thats why you went to Rehab. I have one of my Fav song to kill time in Rehab( thats all people like you can kill).... Kill the King by Megadeth... Peace

I am not a royalist so dont get me wrong here. I have been following Sajha's political since Feb 1, 2005. Lots and lots of reactions. Let me tell you one thing all you morons who were supporting the so called "People's Movement", that was Prachanda movement. You fools were literally supporting prachanda to be the next president of Nepal. Its not far, 2 yrs at the most. Some of you commies will say why not. I say no way. Its 21 century, stop the BS already. Given the situation few months back, I would have still supported the King, get rid of these commies first, and then deal with the king later. Peace.

Prachanda path - WTF, he don't have no clue what it was when he initially got his name, given by his aide to support his movement which was totally established on what MAO had seen his future root, ahhhhhhhhhhh, where is hell is MAO path now, its only in the f'kin book, and now no practice anywhere in the whole world. This is the limit. Whatever goes up must fall down, I can see Prachanda in this directive. I think most of the people in Kathmandu oppose Prachanda and his so called Maoist, now change the name from Maoist to Prachoist, that may work better, but again it defeats the whole purpose, so whats the use of it. The fall of Prachanda is immenent. It is coming within few years, I dont know the date, and I dont have any fixation to it. If Prachanda would ever want to see his future, he should be given a "DRITARASTHA" and protect Nepal, but I don't think his criminal mind would want to see his future role of seeing himself as Ganesh Man Singh. India will always be on high alert, if it sees the followence of Prachoist regime as it will directly support the Naxalties in India. US will never want Prachoist to see governing Nepal as it will see Nepal will be a safe heaven for the f'kin terriost.

If you guys don’t know then let me tell you all that the Kingdom of Sikkim was annexed by India in 1975 (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/States_and_territories_of_India). Nepal will be a part of India of we don’t take action against these terrorists right now. Based upon the history of South Asia and the actions of India in the past decade has provided us with ample evidences that India was harboring Maoists for a long time. I am not sure if they were on Indian pay roll or not, but it is certain that Indian official were hesitant and probably instructed not to arrest the Maoist high command. The growing interest of Indian politicians is a hard hitting evidence that they are interested in Nepal then even before. Strategically the Chinese president visited Indian recently. It is possible that they had a talk about Nepal and evidently a deal that if Nepal is taken by India then China can take Arunachal Pradesh which China claims to be its. Or Chinese president headed to Pakistan and probably he will try and sell Pakistan Arms and ammunition, which will be equal to cost of Nepal. I am typically anti religion. However, in this case I have to support religion and with that BJP comes to power in India. Second wish after that will be freedom of Shankarya and then it’s possible for us to combat Maoism. Let me share what Swami Vivakananda said about India or in more general terms the South Asia as a while. This should clear us all the importance of religion in our society. How important is religion or more generally Hinduism and Buddhism in our lives? “Hinduism cannot live without Buddhism, nor Buddhism without Hinduism. Then realize what the separation has shown to us, that the Buddhist cannot stand without the brain and philosophy of the Hindu, nor the Hindu without the heart of the Buddhist. This separation between the Buddhists and the Hindus is the cause of the downfall of India. That is why India is populated by three hundred millions of beggars, and that is why India has been the slave of conquerors for the last thousand years. Let us then join the wonderful intellect of the Hindus with the heart, the noble soul, the wonderful humanizing power of the Buddha.†Nepal is the ideal of what he dreamt for India. However, due to secular nature of India they left his dream wonder around. India has been slave to Muslims and now is a part of Christian (Sonia Gandhi) and Communist (Those leaders in India who come to Nepal every month) conspiracy. The question is do we want to be part of such propagandas? Why don’t we just neutralize Prachanda and Baburam and save Nepal. I don’t like King either. However we don’t have a choice till we get some more people literate so that democracy can flourish without any problems. Change is needed in Nepal for sure. However, the change needs to come gradually like in England. The gradual change means people learn things step by step and value thir belongingness. A sudden change is Russia or China. We need to decide whether we want Britain on one hand or China or Russia on the other. There is also a middle path. India and I am sure none of us want that. Therefore, let’s deal with Prachandaa and save the King, Save Nepal and save your own souls.
