i m writing on behalf of my sister who has completed d isc nursing from nepal wid decent marks n wanna practice nursing in STATES
but c is totally vague abt its protocal n procedure n so m i
wat i wanna know from u is wats the exact way of getting foothold in states 4 her ,i mean the exams c has 2 appear n the correspondence c has to do?
well is tofel necessary?

she is recently married n my jyoesaab is in states only wid dv green card
he has been there 4 last 3 years
how can his status help her get the visa 4 us?
i hope i will get the right response
i m pretty serious

Its going to be a long process man

there is two way to

One is you get a H1 providing that the nurse has specialized the other is to get a green card

for the detail info.

As a student, it depends on everything but its a short process than CGFNS coz CGFNS could take more than a year.

Yeah,,,TOEFL is necessary...to apply for F-1 visa...and also for CGFNS. You should get 213..I think so but not so sure though.

Just go to application forms in the CGFNS and download and do accordingly.
