Wrong type of friends...

Seen many types of friends in and out of Nepal. Here are a few WRONG type of friends:
Hope you're not one of these!

- You don't have any shame in asking your friends for favors everyday.
- You backbite your friends at every opportunity you get for the sake of few laughs
- You pretend to be the best of friends when you're with them or when you need favors
- You check out your friends' girlfriends/wives when they are not looking (or) you backbite about your friends significant others for few laughs
- You borrow money or things and never return it
- You don't return it even after being asked to return it

whats wrong about "- You don't have any shame in asking your friends for favors everyday." i dont do that but still, whats wrong with that... if my friend comes upto me asking for favor, then i would try my best to do it...... whats wrong with helping your frieind.... if you think that dem kinda friends are wrong.. then you should add one of your catagory too in the list.... no offenese tho... just kinda hyper..

What if you make fun of yourself and your friends in front of them for few laughs.. will that be considered as " wrong type of friends" ? :o)

How about those who are always miserable about everything under the sun! I had a friend, a good person but who constantly thought that the whole world was out to get her. A definite pessimist. She did have the ability to rain on anyone's picnic.

Who gives a damn about having a wrong or right fren... as long as one can LOOK afta him/herself. I don't give a rats ass abt it now. As long as i can have a decent sleep atr night. :)

I was an emotional fool when it came to frens and my loved ones... but trust me,it doesn't matter all that much. Who gives a FAWK, if we can just maintain status quo and live OUR OWN life. so much for frenship and crap. We have given it too much importance.. all we need is someone to be with us to share a moment or two. Life is like a river.. we meet so many interesting ppl along the way. Screw the frens and fun when around and once out of sight out of mind. :)

Ruina, Freinds can be wrong too. And more often than not, we tend to have wrong "Freinds".

Re: the types that like to rain on people's parade, as they say, it's just their way of getting some grease on their squeaky wheels. They just wanna be the center of attention, know what I mean. A big hombre that I am, these types usually end up with their face hittin' concrete when they mess with me. Then they come to grips with reality, nahmean?

SandISdeep, I was writing about people who ask for favor every single day. Some people don't have any consideration for the fact that you might have your own plans and things to do, and will constantly ask you for favors like you are there to serve them - just because you have a difficult time saying no.

HowBizzare! if your friends make fun of you to your face then you need to be able to find a good retort or a good comeback! It's the friends who make fun of you behind your back that you need to be careful about.

Ruina let's not get nit picky about the literal meaning of the word. Most Nepalese tend to consider even casual acquaintances as friends. I am just trying to bring forward this topic that is generally not discussed in public, but most of us have felt it at some point in time.

It will bother you if you're that kind of person. But it's nothing personal. Please keep that in mind.

Saroj i get your point and somehow understand what you wanna say.....but as for me i consider myself lucky to say i have few but very good friends...whom i am proud of and am glad i have them....but this wasnt always the case....i used to be someone who thought i dont need anyone in this world...can do everything alone...wil enjoy the way i want damn i was arrogant hehe....but now i am so glad things changed and i have learned to appreciate the meaning of friendship. So dont just expect and learn to give too...and things will be fine....if not just smile. :)
