Hello friends,

I managed to admit to grad school in US with transcripts and character certificate only. I do not have the degree that TU provides during convention. I have a MS degree now but I am in a condition to evaluate a 4 year undergraduate degree.  I am wondering if I should have the NCEES evaluation application going or apply for the degree.

Also, if I need the degree, do I need to be in nepal or can somebody else do it on my behalf?

I would be greatfun if  you could you share your experience.
