great tips bittertruth ,yes we need fat ,carbs ,protein ,i had a lot experience on this as i used to spend lot of my time on gym doing more crunches ,but couldn't get my packs ,but i improved on my diet and now i've 4 packs already . watching the calories you take is equally important.

@fantush, you are absolutely right. There is a huge misconception that ab-crunching 1000 times gives more result whereas they don't really care what they put into the system. They don't even know their daily calorie intake need. They follow some programs and work on it ,but ignore totally about diet aspect. They think intense workout gives them result but the fact is they are not getting anywhere. Why??
because 'a poor diet can waste all the effort in the gym' .
Everyone should remember that home workout is alternative to your regular workout routine unless you have full-fledged home gym. I personally recommend going to gym, it is efficient, time-saving, productive and faster results. The energy in the gym is vibrant, don't forget that your spirit aspect of your body as well. We obviously feel more energetic in the gym than working out alone in the corner of home, why? there is a reason. I don't want to go more on it.
Body fitness or body building is 80% about what happens in the kitchen, 20% in the gym.

Calories if taken more than needed result more fat accumulation. Simple to understand. :D
Btw, avoid all sugary drinks, processed food or fast food. whatever. I remember few weeks ago, in some state they're banning large sugary drink to tackle the growing obesity. They're right, drink one of those sugary drink for a week, come back and tell me, how much weight you put on :D

You don't need to bench/deadlift 500 lbs or go to the gym to get fit. I don't know why idiots think going to gym is the only way of remaining fit. Eat right. Avoid white rice, white sugar, sugary stuffs. Take good, complex carbs and include lean protein in your meals. Drink plenty of water. Eat plenty of veggies and fruits and you're good to go.
When you put on weight, belly, for men and hips for women is where your body stores fat at. When you work out, there's no spot reduction so belly fat will be the last to go, too.

I think so, probably "kamasutra postures". If a male is stronger and female is easy to carry, a male can lift and have an adventurous sex and that's gonna be a good workout for sure :D
I need to check other postures on my kamasutra app, anyway later on

adventurous sex should last longer,not be done within a minute , then it will definitely helps to loose some fats , change positions as much u can lol
