In my understanding, one has to fill I-539 form to change from F1 to H4. Is there any other form (s) need to be filled when applying for status change from F1 to H4 based on the spouse H1-B?
Also, In my understanding, H1B approval paper, marriage certificate, I-20, and EAD paper need to include in the petition for change in status to H4. If I have missed any documents or piece of informatio to include, please reply my thread.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Yobin! I have one more question. Do you know how soon you have to apply? For instance if EAD is expiring on 4/28/2011, can we apply few days before EAD expiration date?

It is always good to apply before your ead expires, not recomended to apply during 60 days grace period.

Well send your documents in such a way that INS recieves not later than 4\28\11. Therefore I always recomend you to mail your documents at around 26th so it can reach by 27th, thats what i did.
