How about asking this to a cop nearest you? I am pretty sure he/she will find a suitable answer to your question.

Kekohalla, this name tells itself as a good answer. Be serious, somebody is getting in trouble.

I am guessing that he (guessing it is he) sold the beer from a store? Who is the owner of the store? Both the owner and the employer are in this together now. So get the owner involved and immediately consult a lawyer. If he owns the place or sold the beer himself then just go get a lawyer.

You break the law, you get punishment if found guilty! Simple as that. Why in the heck your friend sold beer to minor? How will these two departed souls and their loved ones get justice? Some one is in trouble??? You bet!
