I got rejection letter two weeks ago. Does Anybody know when they are going to send my money back?? I got rejected as I had applied for skilled worker with Civil Engineering MS degree.

what does it say on case status.. rejected or withdrawn?? mine says withdrawn. withdrawn means you can still send more documents to be eligible before pulling out , right???

It all depends on "When did you apply?"

If you had applied before Feb 28th 2008, and they say rejected, it means your money's gone.. no refund.

If you have applied between Feb 28th and Nov 28th of 2008, and your claimed occupation does not fall under the 38 high-demand occupation list as announced by Immigration Minister Kenny, then you will certainly get your refund.

I applied in Aug 08. I should get the money back. But no idea when.
