Hey guys,
I am missing those Narayanghat ko Taash (delicious goat meat dish with spices and fried aduwa lasoon) . I used to enjoy it a lot when travelling from Kathmandu to West Nepal. If anybody knows the recipe please share. Or if someone in touch with those restaurant owner and get that recipe, will be even better.
P.S. I am not planning to open a Taash restaurant.. :). Just for friends when they stop by.
Apprecite your help.

Oh I know the recipe, Ingredients : goat (bakra), aduwa, lasun, rato khursani, tel, pasupati ko goal (charcoal) process: take a goat and cut it into 4 pieces. before cutting ask it if it wants to be killed vertically or horizontally. If you have religious restrictions u can do halal or kroser as well. after cutting goat. take one piece and grill it in charcoal fire. u can buy pasupati ko goal near pasupati 40 rs per tin (thats where all sekuwa near airport is made). put in all the ingredients together and let it marinate for 30 mins. Mean while u can play taas , any game. your tash is ready to be eaten now. for better taste dont clean the goat after or before killing. note: if you know a better recipe don't post it until u have a national consensus in it.

sagund bro, your recipe makes 'sekuwa' procedure for the taas is different ! it cooks on tawa !
and not a got (bakhra) should be bakhrako chhora 'khasi' !
better recipe is nothing special you can buy from indi store a 'readymade' taas masala just ad garlic and ginger and pure mustard oil.
plz dont forget me when you did ready ! lol

Please dont laugh, I was in Narayangarh once, and i was wondering what is this 'tash' stuff.. I used to see the signboard everywhere, but did not know it. Lol, now i laughing at myself. I would try it had I known the 'Taash Mahatmya".
