कसैले कुरै कुरामा अचारको भनेको नुन , खुरसानी र अमिलो को मिलावट हो। भात लाई राम्ररी मुछेरे यि तीन कुरा मिलाए पछी एक प्रकारको अचार बनी हाल्यो । कुरा रह्यो मम को लागि अचार .
केको अचार बनाऊने ? मिठो त टमाटरकै हुन्छ। काँचो कि पकाएको?
समान जगेर्ना :
धनीयाको पात लहसुन तिम्मुर अदुवा चेरी टमाटर खुर्सानी कागती झोल वा एक कागती
काँचो बनाउने भए, मात्रा मिलएर Blend गर्ने. पकाउने भे पाकेको गोल्भेदा लाई Blend गर्ने. पहिलो पल्ट को स्वाद मा के कमी र बढी भयो , दोस्रो पल्ट तेस्मा केही थाप घट गरेर आफुले चाहेको स्वाद अनुसार बनाएर खाने। बोलायौ भने म पनि आउछु है , फोन नम्बर दिई राखन। मम भन्ना साथ मुख रसायो .

While reading the recipe seems easy. It appear to be very easy while teacher writes simple computer programming on black board. But as we start working by ourself it is as hard as climbing mt. Everest in the beginning , but with practice we will over come the hurdle.
Cooking is an art and will be learned by trial and error basis.

अचार् बनाईयोकी बनाईएन ?? आफ्नो सिप को बर्णन पनि सुनाउनु पर्यो नि ?
मात फीली तिर लग्नु पर्ला जस्तो छ, राहुलभै को म म को बर्णन र निम्ता समेत पाईसकियो ।

my recipe for momo achar 4 medium size tomato red dry chili 4-5 oil panchaphuran-half tea spoon salt ground til- 1spoon turmeric-1 tea spoon garlic-half tea spoon heat oil in pan add panchaphuran, red chili ,turmeric, when it change co lour add cut tomato garlic paste and ground til ......cook for abt 3-4 min ......then put half cooked tomato with all ingredient in grinder mix it well ......if you want to add some drop of lemon juice its ok but its just optional.....now your momo achar is ready.....
