hahhha Good one srak123...so much for being a smarty!  hallelluujjjaaahhh!!  Hope you succeed in that elusive quest for your GC.  Use the Nepali lawyers in NYC as I know a few peeps here who've received the asylum based on the Maoist atrocities as these lawyers know more about the Neapli situation that the other dhoti/jewish lawyers, etc. would.  All success.

If the Jewish, Russian, Muslims, Indians and many others did the same, then why not Nepalese? This is the country of immigrants! If someone wants to go through legal asylum process and gets succeed, forget about what kinda documents he submits and how he prepares. Its the job of THEM! Its not a smart way to vent out these snobbish against fellow Nepalese.

yes its true , if you can get it do it . but I hate to see the relatives of mantri ,using their powers to make fake doc and making it ot US .
