 H1B Stamping in Kathmandu

I am planning to get my H1B stamped in kathmandu in december. I'd highly appreciate any suggestions/comments on how to best prepare for it. A quick checklist of required/recommended documents would greatly help.

·         Visa Application Form DS-156 (males complete DS-156 and DS-157)

o     Go To: http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/forms/forms_1342.html

·         Visa application fee--- vary according to the "reciprocity table"

·         Passport

·         A recent photograph

·         Original degrees (some consulates require this proof)

·         Original I-797 Approval Notice

·         Copy of the H-1B petition (Form I-129)

·         Copy of the certified Labor Condition Application (LCA)

·         An original, current letter from your employer confirming your continued employment

·         Original J-1 waiver of the two-year residency requirement (if applicable)

·         Last 3 paystubs (if applicable)
