Pls be specific that what kind of project you personally like to fund...

Personally, I have become attracted to some of the venture philantrophy organizations out there, a lot of of whom deal with self-help programs that that get people up on their feet, and appear, in most cases, to have a better accountability mechanism than many of the traditional charity programs. Some of these firms are truly teaching people to fish versus feeding them. Their focus areas are varied but those that I find attractive are the ones focussing on self-employment, training, education etc. But I'd give to a whole lot of others too if I had the money - disease control, environment protection, civil and human rights etc etc. Maybe someday when I have lots of money :)
