BBC is not neutral. british government favors king but want to see a parliamentary body as well.

the child has been hit on the scalp (top part of the head) which is likely caused by a baton charge rather than a stone. if a stone hits a person it will very likely hit on the sides of the head rather than on top of the head. mystery solved
