I am thinking of registering a King Gyanendra fan club.

The main objective is to create a platform so that Nepalese in and out of Nepal can come together and raise funds for charity. The money from charity will go towards the upliftment of underprivileged in Nepal. I have associated the name of our King with this club so that people will participate with enthusiasm. If I were to assign the name of some corrupt leaders or terrorists, I will be crucified alive and I dont want that!

Why does Gyane need a Fan club?
He can buy anybody he wants. Only the question is how they will keep their promise.
The people who was handpicked by Gyane in his own last government are now talking against him.Gyane has enough money. He does not need any support from people like you and me.
He is using our tax money to spray water fountain and shoot tear gas on peaceful demonstration and to run his prapaganda on NTV and Gorkhapatra.

He has inherited all properties from all assassinated royal members.
He and his family will never be able to use up this money. in their life time.He is owner of tax free industries in Nepal too. He has just money everywhere and still wants more and more.
So why to support him with the money what we do not have?

I request all friends in Sajha not to help or support Gyane´s Fan Page or any kind of charity on Gyane´s name. We all know how much money he draws from our account.
He earns more than any president in the democratic countires in this world.

What's wrong with this guy Bhoonte? Are you out of your mind that you want to raise money in the name of most corrupted King world has ever seen. Have some shame man. What has this man Gayanendra done for the country or anyone in that sense to have fans? Some of the accusations towards Gayanendra have not been proven and it will never be due to the corrupt system in Nepal. On the other hand, what good has he done for fans to follow him? Have some decency and do not start this kind of thread in Sajha.

What are you trying to say. Do you agree to open a fan club in the name of Gayanendra? I hope not.

Bhoonte, you do not need to open a fan club in Nepal because there is already a huge majority of public who are already fans of the king.

But I do not know about outside. May be it is necessary to open outside and make people aware of what the king really stands for.

if anything is to be done from Nepal to create such clubs outside Nepal, I can be of some help.

I dont think its a bad idea at all. If Bhoonte plans to do some good, in the name of the king, it is good. Way to go. It is better to do something good in the name of the king than in the name of corrupted leaders.

I am in the club. Lets all do good for Nepal under the aegis of the monarchy.

Back to the topic, I am now working on the constitution (bidhan) of this fan club. As soon as it is ready, I will share it with others sajhaites for more ideas.

I have already received quite a lot of interests and enquiries through email and telephone from people who I know. I will keep all of you updated.

Bunte, Are u really praiseing of the king or just irritating to people to support the protest.Anyway you are helping to promote the protest unknowingly.
