Hey usofa, Looks like you have need stuck away from Nepal for quiet a few years. Don't think Nepal ( well at least Ktm ) is frozen at the time you left Nepal.

Nepal is really 'frozen' at least this time. There have been no developments at all. Judging development based on cyber cafes of Thamel is kinda childish.

DEVELOPMENT?? who is talking about development. Infact one can argue Nepal has taken step backwards on development, Healthcare, Education or any field . I am taking about changes. We all have to admit selected few do have amashed quiet a few bucks in a bank, leagally or illigally.. and so has incresed venues to facilate those.
