Hello guys,
I need your genuine advises here. My scenario is that I am not a Nepali citizen anymore, but my properties in Nepal are under my parents' name. How can my parents transfer property will according to Nepali law onto my name?

After your parents their property will legally go to the state as there are no Nepali citizen offspring for them.
Illegally you can cash it and hundie it to US but you will have to be smart about hiding that wealth in US othersiwe US government wants 40% of it as a tax on inhereted property. Hope this helped.

People with lot of property in Nepal residing in US independently. a) As most of us planned to live in country rest of our life, what is the importance of property back home if we cannot use them. (For example: Most of us own houses and land but we living here in cozy rental apartments). b) Can we bring money back from Nepal? What are legal procedures? c) I have seen many friends who accumulated property in Nepal from US earnings, but end of the day they don't own anything here.

very good point dindukhi, in my humble opinion we Nepali live our lives for other people's expectation. most Nepalis who come to usa are not poor , but they come to usa or other countries to show off to their friends, relatives and neighbors. rather live life like machine but don't miss a chance to show off. they buy bigger houses in Nepal and in the usa they buy toyota highlander, honda pilot and big arse house but work doubleshift because it's so important for them to park that infront of another curry smelling Nepali house when they are invited for food. we're not all poor but we sure suffer from poor mentality.
