So i am offered a job and they are processing my LMO. What are the next steps for a PR? Does my employer need to file for me? Or can i file myself?

Could someone explain the process please?

I think you have to wait atleast 1 year before you can apply for the PR but you can apply by your self. In Canada Your company does not have to file anything. You just need employee letter and you can file . But you need to file your self. If you need more info contact me @ kundan at rogers dot com
