 CIFA Canada Green Card how safe?

I got email from  CIFA Canada Green Card <info@cifacanada.org>  saying "Subject: This is your final reminder" and been select for canadian green card and asked to pay 550 for me and my spouse. So, I m just asking how safe is it ? and have anybody done this from this so called Cifa.
