If you are so interested sure go ahead...keep him in your home (and that opportunity too depends upon the verdict of the criminal court and sentence for this criminal act).

This guy committed two crimes.

It's highly unlikely that he would face any major punishments since it was only in chatting.

Somewhere above its mentioned, he said he would "sneak out" when he got the opportunity, so his intentions are clear.
