It is same on Nepali who does not see Nepal is a FAILED NATION. When are we going to realize that this is TRUE? Even we do not see with our own eyes or it is hard for us to believe our own eyes, can we see from the International communities eyes? The nation and the Nepali people are pushed to this situation not only because of the failure of Democratic institutions that supposed to uplift the nation but the cause goes back to the Gorkhali establishment of Shah and Rana that had washed the brain of Nepali with feudalistic life style and superstitious Hindu faiths of Frightening Mountain gods. I absolutely support the Nepal blocked until and unless Democracy is restored with full human rights protections, civil rights and fundamental rights of people of Nepal. Nothing can come before and against of human rights protection under the rule of law in a Democratic civil society; not even nationality or the sovereignty of the so called country with certain physical boundaries. We Nepali have to learn and see the importance of human rights protections from the international communities observations and actions for innocent and poor Nepali people. We must be ashamed not to ask questions and think firmly how can a nation be called a nation, which restricts the fundamental rights of people? How could we respect a leader or head of the state, who wish to cross our fundamental rights and freedom of speech? How can we trust our army whose very title is to protect the king (RNA) not people but torture, jail and kill with cold blood? Nepal is going through civil war with the king and RNA wants to stop it without any political outlet. How could that be viable without the support of India and international communities? This sort of agendas has hopeless future for all Nepali people. How could be there the existence of Nepal without the fundamental rights of people under the rule of law - a democratic process? This cannot be acceptable to the international communities and India. If situation gets worst in six months - no political outlet to the Maoists conflicts, no restoration of Democracy, deterioration economics India will have to invade Nepal with army with the UN and international communities consensus. Invasion of such sort will be necessary to protect a FAILED NATION. NEPAL IS A FAIED NATION WHOSE HUMAN RIGHTS CONDITIONS ARE OF SUDAN.

Nepal was more beautiful and it has still its enrichment its natural resources but not with the human resources that has been conditioned heavey within its brain cells to be absolute Gorkhali and enjoys it with the full flevor of gorkhaliness. Poor Nepalis even do not bother to think for themselves but under the fear and threat follow the course and automatically kicks the one that opposes the superstitions and propaganda like of Feb 1 move of king G. Nepali people live in the midst of the beauty without knowing it its essence. To know essence you have to questions the authority that have made you beleive what they think for you believe. Unless Nepali think for themselves and see how important is the fundamental rights for them there is no coming out from gorkhaliness to see how densely we are surrounded by the beauty of nature and its enreaching resources.

MUST READ ? StandUpForYourRight. I have a feeling that this StandUp- fool is smoking some good sh*t. I really think you should get a job and start working full time than just b*tching here like a cheap ho'. I see lot of anger inside you. You talk like that politician who just got arrested on corruption charges and ended up returning all the money that he had stolen from Garib janata. If you are shamed to be called Nepalese then may be you should start thinking about calling the nearest Manpower agency and move to Zambia or something so that you can get your a$$ f**ked real good by Zambians. If you are not ashamed about being Nepalese and you are just little disappointed by the way things are going, than I feel sorry for you. I can feel that pain because I am a Nepalese too. The whole world is interested in knowing what Nepalese have to say about the whole thing. And the most convenient place to go is a Nepalese website. They would end up at this website and after reading stupid comment like yours, they would have so much to laugh about Nepalese and Nepal. And soon we would become nothing but a freaking joke to the whole world. Let?s show them that we are still so very united and real strong together. We might be poor (very poor) but not failed. And we would have an awesome human resource if everyone like you start working hard to be creative for the good of the nation than just smoke herb and post stupid comments on the websites with several user IDs. (Yes! I saw the same IP address, you are fooling yourself). Nepalese are as capable as any one in this world. Majority of Nepalese who live in America, Australia, and England etc are pretty successful. The reason why they are successful is because they work really, really hard. No matter what they do, where they work, they work long hours and work hard. If those same people had stayed in Nepal and worked as hard, they would have become successful in Nepal as well. When we live in Nepal we are too busy celebrating festivals 200 days out of 365 days a year, watching Zee TV, opening a Band, becoming a model, chilling all day at campus cafeteria and nakalli kanchhi ko raksi pasal?etc etc. We have to stop blaming government for everything in our lives. They can only do so much. It?s about time we should start taking responsibilities for our own act. I don?t care about Gyane and I am not big fan of him but if he is trying to do something good for the nation, I would go behind him. It doesn?t have to be gyane, if StandupForyourright were trying to do good things for the country?I will be right behind you to support you. I don't hate you standup..Just because you are stupid..or just because you are the angriest Nepalese in the world about Feb 1. Learn to take Pride of who you are. If you can't than just go smoke some more homegrown and go f**k yourself.

Hey dumb standforyourrights, looks like you care about what india or international community thinks about nepal rather than what the people who live in Nepal think about it. If it had been up to india's free will Nepal would have been North India by now. So stop talking about India's bullshit support on any of Nepal's internal affairs. It is because of people like you who talk big things about democrazy that nepal is like this. Yesh, you are surely one of th victims of Gyane dai's royal move. I support him strongly,,even though I know how Paras is and how some of RNA people are..It is not his fault. I bet there are more responsible people in RNA than in Nepali Copngress or UML.. So stop thinking bullshit..

Exactly hotstuff. Before going through his comments anymore, my concern is whether this guy (standforyourrights) is a true nepalese nationality or not and that he is posting comments thinking of well being of nepalese people or just to counsel nepalese. He would not have used hatred language for the word "Gorkhali" (at least i believe, this is not a word to be brought up for discussion or to use while disseminating foul ideas)

Corrupt and Criminal Nepalese forced to fail Nepal and Democracy. More than 70% Nepalese are illiterate. Only 20% hold school, college and university diploma and some kind of certificate. Less than 10% are well educated... But only less than 5% of well educated people are good and true patriotism of Nepal who truly love and protect Nepal. Result: More than 95% Nepalese are stupid, illiterate and bad, only 5% Nepalese are good for Nepal. Majority of bad Nepalese forced to fail Nepal. And Majority of Bad Nepalese whoever live in cities of Nepal.

There goes another poor attempt at the use of fabricated numbers to make an argument. Where did all those numbers come from?

Sitara, The trip was awesome, except that it rained 3 out of the 12 days (25 %). The roads were 45.9 % filled with cars, trucks and buses. The weather, when it was not raining, was pretty good, but only 5.2 % of the people there cared about the weather. The remaining 94.8 % were stupid, illiterate, and bad. :) On a serious note though, I have been planning for a weekend in DC sometime soon. All "inquiries" will be handled then...hehe (although, I must mention, my trip to DC, my thesis, writing emails and making phone calls have all become like one of those "require immediate attention" folder in Bhumisudhar Mantralaya -- things that takes ages to get done) . People around me tell me that I create Mahabharat out of every little thing that has happened to me; you can also expect to hear a bunch of Mahabharats. :) Until then, I will continue reading your Mahabharat here in Sajha (I just finished reading one of them). Sorry for the digression, everyone. Let's get back to numbers! My cuban friend here tells me Mr. Castro told the press that what was going on in Nepal is Nepal's internal business. One more democracy supporting us; we should celebrate! ------------------

Beautiful sunrise today as I headed back to work ! As for the Mahabharat, raati lekheko mahabrarat ali lambina jancha kya! :) Ok, will listen to yours over momo in DC hai ta? And to Continue with the discussion: is there a conspiracy theory going on about Nepal or about Standupforyourrights?!

If you can feel shame or If you do not want to be shame, You do not act that whatever will you make you shame. That is key problem of Nepali Political leaders, parties and Nepalese crooks people. They do not feel shame even little bit, But these crooks Nepalese walk and talk like they are the best Nepalese people of Nepal.

These days numbers are all "produced" , especially when it comes to arguing what little percentage of Nepalese population supports democracy. It's not just random posters in websites like this who have fallen to this "statistical trap", but even graduates of Harvard (or was it Columbia) have become victims! :) Ok, I need to go, check Paramendra dai's website. I hear that Gyanendra Maharaj is giving Paramendra dai e-freedom, for launching e-revolution and an e-julus in Ratnapark. :) (Check the details of the e-sangharsha for yourself: http://demrepubnepal.blogspot.com/)
