What an amazing performance by TMac, who erupted for 13 points in 35 sec!! Bravo... However, TMac --who is two time scoring champian while in east --is now in 12th position. Is he not shooting well or is he minimizing his field goal attempt? He's #8 in field goal attempts and his field goal % has gone down by little bit. What you guys think about Karl Malone? Should he go to Maimi Heat? I don't think Heat would win any title even if they go to Final from East. I think, for Malone, Spurs would be the best team , who has more potential to win title this year.

Rusty bro, i agree TMAC has become mediocre player since been traded to Rockets. TMAC is no longer the no. one option as he was with Magic. Coach Van Gundy likes to play in and out. Ball goes thru Yao. I am great fan of Van Gundy, but I don?t think he is doing good job with the Rockets. They are supposed to be contender with the addition of TMAC instead they are below .500 with the record 9-11(?) as of last nite. I understand that to be a great player you have to adjust to your teammates especially new ones. But how about the coaches, don?t they need to change their coaching style as well. Since in and out is not working, how about TMAC making that team no one option??? I hope Van Gundy realizes before it?s too late. Rusty bro what about Malone? The new Malone doesn?t deliver the ball so it won?t make the difference where ever he ends up this year. I am surprised to see him whining about the Kobe and the Lakers. This dude was healthy and trying to figure out where his best chances to win the championship. Take the high road pal, Lakers is Kobe?s team. As a Spurs fan, I do not want to see him in Spurs uniform. Spurs can win the title w/o him. Give opportunity to Malik Rose, he is a hustler and he is a great presence in the locker room. I don?t want some old guy wearing Spurs jersey just because he has better chances of winning the elusive ring. Be great like Sir Charles and Patrick Ewing and announce your retirement. You are first ballot hall of famer. Either you will be remembered as the Mailman who delivered always while you were with Utah or the superstar who refused to play in the same court with Magic Johnson who was HIV positive at that time??.

AX bro, Of course I like Jeff Van Gundy... ever since he was with knicks. He, being assitant coach of Pat Railey, learned a lot from him and made Knicks one of the best defensive team in the league. They always beat Miami heat in play-offs.. wow.. those moments when Zo and Lary Johnson used to wrestle on the court.. The Knicks and Heat were the top rivalry tem in NBA. hehe... Well, TMac is just a scorer-- nothing else. I think Iverson was much better. At least he brought his team to the final under Lary Brown. TMac cannot make a big impact in his team even being a top scorer in the team. Well, we also got to see that TMac is playing in west, where teams are stronger and players are bigger. I think Steve Franscis is doing very well ever since he got traded to OIrlando. Grant hill is healthier..however, I don't trust him. Looks at the teams in East. So feeble. Knicks, who are 9-9 tops the Atalantic division. What a shame. Detriots are picking up their pace.. Wallace is back. I wonder what will happen to the Pacers. They had chance to win Eastern conference title, but some players got really insane.. O'Neal still has around 18 games to come back and play??

KG and wolves rocked again, ending the Kings winning streak...was a worthy trip to the game, the stuff shown by T-mac the other day was truly amazing, hope they can continue on their winning streak and get back in the mix, i think i have to agree with AX in terms of van gundy's coaching style and the proper usage of T-mac, the guy has talent, let him use it, yao is still not the player he can be, of course there will be times when T-mac will be shooting cold as minnesota weather(although its not snowing YET)....but he is the best player in the team no doubt, he should be allowed to have his shots, plus T-mac may not be the best passer but he sets up yao and others pretty well as long as he is going to the basket.......rockets need a good point guard, that's all........

yo Knicks fans, where are you guys??? would love to hear what you have to say about your Isiah 'Pathetic GM' Thomas' move. I have never seen a guy making bad moves like him. What he assembling a team with undersize power forward. You are a disgrace to the Knicks franchise. This dude is worse than the Checkett and Layden combined. He needs to be kicked outta Garden tomorrow and the Dolan need to sell the team to the passionate Knicks fans. NYers deserve better product in the best basketball city in the world. Spike??? Trump??? Puffy??? Do ya guys hear me???????????

It's gonna be very interesting to see who will get MVP hardware this year. I was looking at the following article about Nash Vs O'Neal. Until I read this article, I didn't know that O'Neal was in the contest because I never thought O'Neal was playing like MVP. However, I know that heats get hotter in his presence on the floor. I guess Tim Duncan, AX's real MVP, is out of contest with his injury at the end of the season. However, it would be interesting to see him in this race. I would rather see Duncan in the race than O'Neal.

Welcome back Rusty :p yes, TD would have gotten it if he didn't landed to IL :p Look at the spurs w/o him, they are lottery bound team. With w/o O'Neal, Heats will play good. They will be competing for the playoffs. Lord help Spurs, they are signing Glen ?Big Dog? Robinson to get help while TD is out :s I think the real MVP of this season is little fella name AI3. He is the heart n soul of the76ers. w/o him 76ers would be picking #1 draft pick later this year. AI3 is playing great this year. he is dissing out more than ever at 7.7 (5th best). He also leads the league on min played per game @ 42.4 mins. He is behind Larry Hughes on steal as well. He is player better than the MVP year he had in 01. I hope 76ers would play better that would bolster his chance to grab the 2nd MVP. Rusty, Let me win this Nepali NBA Fantasy League and will show ya who are in my roster :p

NBA should learn it from MLB. 2 years ago MLB handed MVP to Alex Rodriguez even after his team finished last in AL West division. MVP should be given to the Most Valuable Player in the league not based on wins or loss.

The point of the game is to win...The MVP should NEVER go to the top player of a mediocre team...The sixers are struggling to make the playoffs in a downright pathetic eastern conference...and you think he should be awarded MVP???....LOL...im sorry son, but there is alot you need to leard about basketball...the award should go to a top player on one of the elite teams...because thats how you prove your Value....by winning games..lots of games....not by scoring 30 points a game when your team might not even make the goddam playoffs....also, Iverson is my favorite player in the league...but he does not deserve the MVP this year cause he is not bringing many wins for sixers....that is in pale contrast to the 2001 year when the sixers made the finals...he deserved the MVP in 2001...

methodman, I also gotta say MLB people are DUMB since AROD won the MVP in 03. His team Texas Rangers finished last (25 games behind out of 162 games) What about last year? I believe Indy had the best record in the league, how come KG end up winning the hardware? Regarding Nash, I doubt he is the best player in his team. I will rank Amare before him. Nash has a lucury to play along side with Amare (#4? in scoring) and Marion(#5? in rebounding and almost scores 20 a game) playing along with him. Same with the Shaq and the heat, Wade (top 10 in assists and scoring per game) is a better than the Shaq and has better stat.
