It seems like a few people have been making accusations against sajha based on their own standards of judgment, accusing sajha every other day of being 'maoist supporter', 'baburam supporter', 'terrorist supporter'.
I have nothing but empathy at their naivete and their penchant to make blanket accusations to satisfy their own self interests.
These kinds of accusations are to be expected and even appreciated because it gives me an opportunity to explain the beauty of sajha once in a while!
Lot of people have stuck to sajha since it's inception 10 year ago and they, as well as the sajha archives stand as witness to the numerous accusations hurled at sajha.com and myself. During the royal regime, sajha/myself were accused to be the royal supporters many times. At the same time, sajha was also being accused as Maoist supporters by few. It is understandable why they make accusations but people need to grow up and see the big picture.
The first email that users get, indicates as a first rule, the sajha policy of not supporting personal propaganda. Sajha is there as a tool to help people using the combined intelligence and experience of all visitors here. When one individual or one small group of individuals start using sajha as their own personal vehicle of expressing and imposing their views on others on a continuous basis, it undermines the usefulness of sajha because, then, to regular or new sajha visitors, it seems like sajha is all about these peoples personal propaganda.
Hence, if it becomes clear that the only reason you are in sajha is to propagate your own personal propaganda and/or views by posting the same/similar content multiple times in a continuous basis, then sajha will have to try to warn you about it. But because sajha gives anonymity, it gives a boost of cyber ego, which gets bruised when sajha sends that warning. Then you indulge in a propaganda against Sajha declaring it as ANTI - (insert your cause here).
On top of that, 2 or 3 users will make their personal judgment seem like national concensus by posting the same thing over and over or by keeping a certain thread alive. In this case, makalekancha, collegefootballrocks and nagarikreport seems to be the ones who are proliferating this baseless accusations.
The fact that sajha did not delete any of your comments so far shows that sajha is not against your views that is expressed in a respectful discussion. If your postings start being abusive to other's families for not agreeing with you, if you start re-repeating your same statements in different threads, then you will hear from sajha. Sajha is not about you alone.
Some of you might remember, even NAS got banned from sajha for trying to make sajha all about him. Re-repeating posts after posts on his own greatness, indulging in a personal propaganda of self promotion.
Anyways, I hope now, you understand that sajha does not support any particular political group per se, but individual actions that empower Nepal and Nepalis.

goddamm,
No one is asking San to ban anyone. I believe in freedom of speech. He just can't ban voice against terrorism and promote voice for terrorism. The issue here is that San has been banning those users who post anything against terrorism. At the same time, he has been letting Sajha.com used as a terrorism promotion website.
Terrorism has no space. Stop ruining this world. Execute all terrorists en-masse.

Collegefootballrocks, thanks for your message. I do understand that once in a while it may be difficult to control one's temper.
Nagarikreport,
If I am to understand you correctly, your issue with sajha is that you think people are promoting Maoism here in sajha. You have a right to express your dissatisfaction at that. But here's the bigger picture. It's not like one or two persons are writing positive things about Maoism here but multiple people expressing their opinion and hopes they have on the current PM. If one person was re-repeating same stuff all the time about his support for Maoism, then that would be a cause for concern but different individuals writing about Maoism randomly is not a cause for concern nor a conspiracy.
You might ask why? Just look at Nepal. Maoist won majority in the Nepalese Assembly. They won the election showing that majority of Nepal supports them. Sajha is just a microcosm of Nepal in the virtual world. In a democratic world, majority votes to put their popular party in power. And thus the Maoist came into mainstream politics in Nepal. That is how democracy works.
Having said that, I personally denounce any form of pain, suffering and killing of human beings and strongly feel against the murderous tactics used by the Maoist to gain the stronghold that has led to their current position. But ideological differences have to be set aside in a democracy. In every democratic country like in the US, there are oppositions that go neck to neck in elections but after the election everyone has to support the majority elected government.
What they did, ie. pain, suffering and killing of Nepalis, was wrong in my personal opinion and I am sure many others including the victims. But as I said, democracy is a voice of the majority and you have to respect that if you want to be a part of the democracy. Many more people, who have fought for democracy, have been declared martyrs in Nepal's history. They have fought for the democracy where the majority would be able to vote for their choice of government.
That does not necessarily mean that democracy is always right, because there will always be a lot of grey areas which is always open for discussion. It may be right for a country where most people are literate and can make educated decisions. It may not be positive for a country where most people are illiterate because their decisions may not be the right one for the betterment of the country and citizens.
Coming back to your case. Let's look at your options. You have been victimized by the Maoist during their fight for power. But now that they occupy the government PM position, you feel cheated and want justice. You don't care anymore for democracy. You care for your personal justice. You cannot go around Nepal screaming "Maoists are terrorists and all of Nepal are terrorists because they support maoists." - which is what your logic implies. So you find a virtual solace and come to sajha to scream the same thing - replacing Nepal by Sajha.
I don't know what would happen in Nepal if you did that for too long. But in sajha you are allowed to voice your dissatisfactions but you are warned to not take shots at others for disagreeing with you. I don't think anyone disagrees with you that you were wronged. But everyone is allowed to move on. I am sure that it is very difficult for you to move on and I sincerely hope that you will find peace in your heart someday. Others may have not been affected as much as you and they have moved on for a better hope for nepal and their future. You cannot start hating others for not feeling like you do.
Bottom line, please stop spewing hatred in sajha. If you want to discuss with valid points please do so, if you have to start calling other names for having different perspective than you, and if you keep continuing that then I will have to wish you a better journey somewhere else.

Nagarikreport,
Give us ONE example of whom you deemed was an anti-Maoist poster and was RESPECTFUL of opposing views, DECENT in the use of language, and was banned from Sajha.
For that matter, give us ONE example of whom you deemed was a Maoist supporter and was DISRESPECTFUL, ABUSIVE, yet was not banned.
Occasional outbursts here and there are understandable, and I am sure Sajha has tolerated those; but here, I am talking about those who have been such CONSISTENTLY enough to raise some eyes brows.

Nagarikreport,
Your replies are always out of context. Why do I see you resorting in cheap accusations when you run out of words? San has been very generous answering all of your questions and so far he has been unbiased. Pardon my words, but wouldn't you think it is a little juvenile on your part?
I do not support anyone when it comes to a wronged politics, but I do support a politician if he endeavors for a better cause, be it Baburam, Sujata, Sarah Palin, Nas or even you. Does that mean I am biased?
I sincerely advise you a quick introspection bhai, don't you think enough is enough? Why beat a dead horse when no one listens to you?

San,
Your long reply is missing the critical point. Just because terrorists are able to occupy sajha.com with their money by mutiple postings, would you allow it to become a terroism platform? For politically biased people like you, Maoists are Maoists, but for independent people, Maoists are terrorists. You label terrorists as Maoists in order to color the crime politically.
I'm sure you know what those entities are called who support terrorism.
There is no such thing called "personal" in Justice system. Do you take the responsibility of killing those innocents? When someone in your family is killed, the government takes care of the care; even if you want to forgive, the government makes sure the criminal is fried in electric chair (why don't they do it anymore?)
The lesson to learn from a business view: Let Sajha be Sajha; if you support terrorism, there might be a day when your credibillity will also be questioned (and may be charges?). Look at you, you are already defending yourself since you sided with the terrorists.
