Geez, stop complaining about the draw. I've never heard so much whining over a tournament schedule, what a bunch of babies! All that matters is the best team will win. If you got what it takes then shut up and play!

Paying $450 to play on shit ground where I don't want even to poop. And tie sheet is mess. ANA sports committe do you have god damm brain or no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hire me for $1 per hour and I will do it for you everything nicely.

now maya k... it is not that we are whining...of course the best team is going to win(no doubt about that) but the thing is it is not just a tourney but an event where we are looking forward to enjoy ourselves. having spent about $300-$400 on the plane fare plus the lodging , food expenses, Don’t u think we deserve something better than an hours worth of game???...... If there wasn’t any sports organized in ANA conventions, I bet half the people would not even attend the convention. 8 teams for soccer(with 15 players per team--120 players -a conservative estimate)
so counting the number of players for basket ball.. there are approximately 300 players (not counting friends and families) attending the convention because of sports...
the committee needs to take heed of our concerns and come up with a strategic plan..
definitely you cannot cater to everybody’s needs and we do understand that…. but the case here is that majority of the players are not satisfied with the committee's decisions......

Wow boys, based on the money amount written by scorpianking it looks like you all definitely got screwed over by the ANA--they are cashing it all in! At most, the top two teams play 4 hours of soccer, for all that money. The concern is nothing about who plays who in this year's knockout competition, but I agree that it should definitely change into a better format (for example, two groups of four teams...each team plays 3 games within their group...then the top 2 teams from their respective groups imerge into the semifinals). Looks like it's probably too late to change into this format for Los Angeles, goodluck!

Last year, our Toronto team had to play 3 games in less than 20 hours in sweltering July heat. It was tough task!

People like me go to ANA to participate in sporting events so it is important for organizers to keep that in mind. I recommend ANA take two steps..

a) If it cannot produce a fair tourney, then charge very less to the teams commuting. Maybe 100 dollars a team to participate. $ 450 is gambling and insane. After all they make enough money through parties and convention, it should come into organizing the event.

b) If $ 450 is the charge, divide two teams in groups of 4, each team plays 3 games and the best team from each group plays the final. Less number of total games, the best team gets to play 4 games and the worst gets atleast 3. I think its fair. And on top of that, the team to win will always be the best one and wont be flukes.Make the tourney 3 day event..

I wonder where the hell r all this so called 'La organizer'. Don't they even come and read comment in SAJA or what? After so much complains from players and fans, they should really think about changing their plan. Paying $450 registration fee + $Ave 400 airfare + $hotel + food = 60 min game is insane. Come on LA you can do better then this. Just make it a league and no complains. IT isn't too late either.

I m in LA but I can't help coz they don't listen. We tried and tried, All LA-11 team tried but no success. What can we do. Sorry guys.

I have checked soccer field, here is the field. Donot count Top Left, ElCamino college won't allow to use that field.

Now Question is where is the field that we paid $450 to play soccer game.....We definately to raise questions here. Call ANA sports committe...
