Maoist are really doing wrong. Are they folow the rule of law? They only know to intimidate , beat and destroy. What kind of New Nepal they are talking about? ....Stop Maoist such activitis. And Make the environment of Free and fair CA election.

Short answer to your question - NO.
There are employeers like that. I do not know the details of Shrestha's case. In either case, Maoist are not the one to punish him. If they were so much concerned about fellow employees, they could have taken the matter in court.
