I will take 2 months leave from my current job and go to OC to chill with friends, I like to stay there during summer, I can't forget my past summer. It doesn't matter how many hours you work, but guys it will be real fun having party at beach and dancing in club wiz nemurous chicks. There'll be nothing goin bad, but of course we like to enjoy the real lsummer that you can get only in OC. OC gaives us fun as well as $$$, what else you need.!!!

Ocean City is the BEST Place to enjoy the whole summer.

I went there 3 times and I enjoyed it up to the fullest.

Sometimes, like a guy goledhar make rumor in Ocean city about INS RAID, which always turns out to be wrong and only rumor.

BUT You need to be ALERT all the time. It's not only rumor, it is true that INS might and can raid in ocean city if they want to. It's better to stay on alert and be concious about that all the time. This is also true that INS always knows that nepalese students work in ocean city.

Warning:

Do NOT seek anything FREE in anyplace.
AND
DO NOT GIVE anything FREE to any NEPALI.

Lots of nepali guys have already arrested for giving the stuffs for free or discounted price.
That happened in many places like Roses, Super Fresh and in few gas stations, mcdonalds, burger king, food lion, etc.
Some of the Nepali guys got penalty, jail for few days, court dates, felony on the record.
STAY OUT OF THAT.
its always better to pay full instead of being cheap and risk yourself.

Most of the students go on first week of May.
It's always best to go early and reserve the apartment and place you want to work.
You wont get that much hour till 3rd week of may, ocean city gets hotter after that.

It's so much fun to hangout on the beach and board walk.
because of the ocean breeze, you will feel cold in the early morning or after evening at the beach and board walk. It's good idea to take light jacket or sweater. I know, it might sound crazy to hear, jacket in ocean city. But you will feel cold if u want to stay more than 30 mins on the beach. Ocean side gets cold at the evening time in may and september.

Don't forget to take your blanket, pillow, bed sheet, etc.

It's a Party place.
I partied almost every day. Even on sunday, it gets so crowded.
most of the time I went to big Kahuna, fager's island and few others.
If you have a car, you have higher chances of getting job in many places, like the places where bus does not go and in those places, they pay overtime without any problem.

Definitely one of the best places to work and also to have fun at the same time. You will see the best of both worlds, that of very hard working Nepalis as well as the best parties. I was there for two summers, '97 & '98, and when I come to think about that now, I am glad I went there.

Nepalis (guys and girls alike) go to Ocean city primarily for one thing: sex, sex and more sex. Money is also one of the motivations, but it is not the primary motivation. Nepalis who go there are mostly not allowed to work because of visa restrictions. So they can fulfill two of their needs at once: 1) sex and 2) money. I know people who go there every year, and when they come back they tell me all about their adventures. Supposedly tons of Irish and Russian girls who are freaky in bed. Now if you are about to settle down with a Nepali guy/girl, this is the first question you should ask: "Have you ever gone to Ocean City to work?" If the answer is yes, dump him/her, if no, then (s)he may really be a nice person.
