Rishi Burlakoti is my junior, we used to call him Burlakoti bhai. Goro ani hashilo keta ani sarai ramailo keta. he used to eat in mess no 2 and during my final year studies, i used to be the president of that mess. He often used to tell me,, xxxxxx dai,, tapai le control garnuu paryoo.. yo keta harulai mess ko paisa hina mina garna dinu bhayena,, ha ha... Narayan dai ko khana ani tyoo bakloo daal, damn my mouth is watering, and i hope burlakoti bhai lee birseko chaina hola. Burlakoti bhai, bihe gareko ma badhai, so u have dual connection with IAAS now (got me??). LOLz

I am also from the same fraternity, well, gator guy, gunaraj, burlakoti are known faces, probably know most of the post democratic era Rampurians, till the time when true democracy and my physical presence in Rampur were both absent.

I was the second batch of veterinary (2052 to 2057), also was a member of the FSU, played some cricket while in Rampur. Currently, I am in UC Davis doing my PhD in Epidemiology.

I did eat in mess no. 2 but for a very short time, after that I ate in the cafeteria and then for almost 4 and a half years, ate outside in Rampur bazaar.

How about you? Could you also identify yourself, please.

When did you join IAAS as a faculty member ? I was in IAAS too in the Department of Soil and Agri Eng. I was from 1988 - Dec 1997 (1992-1994 on Study Leave for MS).

Any news about Rashmai Dhaubdel? Who's daughter was she? Where did she go? Post here the details... why she seems to be popular? What makes her popular here? I don;t understand... Didn't she fled the country.. and even her high-profile intellectual Father defected the country? I heard he took imigration to some country?

Was the father once Nepalese Rajdoot to India? I got conuised? If so, then why immigrated to other country? Sounds too opportunistic!!! If yes, that's the problem with our intellectuals and politicians...

Prem-dai, well talking abour Reshami, she was bright and articulate lady, we were batchmates but from different faculties. I have no idea about fleeing the country or defection to anyother country, but she did had prakash of aura around her when she was there ar Rampur. Yes, you are right here father was ambasador of Nepal to India for sometime and an intelectual man with whom I had chance to interact at couple of events hosted by the association of blind people.
Harikancha-sorry w/man that shouldnot have happened, if there was any such incidence then, it must have been profesional reluctance as you know we had to soil our hands with dead and rotten tissues. You know epimediological and other prevention of disease spread stuffs...just kidding, I appologise if there bwas any such time where you felt such way. I tried to be the same old personality albeit with responsibility came bit of reservation, that was sad part.
