What do you achieve by "flagging" any voice against terrorism?  Create 15 user accounts, flag the posting, kill the voice!  Is this sajha?

Invisible it amazes me how people only see what they want to see.

Did you see the thread - http://sajha.com/sajha/html/index.cfm?threadid=93728 where there are many people who are opposing Maoist actions? In fact if you take some time to look at sajha postings you will find many many instances where people are opposing Maoist actions.

Invisible do you know what it means to have a respectful discussion? And do you know that lack of respect in discussions will get you banned in sajha? Like Poonte said, show me one example of a user who got banned for having a respectful discussion, then your accusations would be valid. Otherwise it just becomes lunatic rantings, which after a while gets distasteful.

If you don't have any such example then you folks are wasting everyone's time. Leave way for respectful,productive discussions. Please!

I still remember that moment when San officially forbade me two times in my five year history of accompanying with sajha. 
First reason was, i was misunderstood for my roommate "badman" using the same Ip address & using derogatory and abusive words to other fellow sajha members.
Second, I was so naive and attention seeker like some self proclaimed Gods of sajha and yes inappropriate attention seeker.
I flocked sajha with bunch of thread and when i mean bunch i mean a real lot of em.
Enjoying the limelight is indeed a good thing; however, the need for attention can lead to difficulties.
Thing i learned from sajha
* be respectful to others and if they turn out to be a full of shit try to defend them by your intelligence not by being one of them. Stand by your point in a civilized way possible and yes it will help us in establishing our unity back home and abroad.
I still remember when i was threatened by some of the users in sajha that they will show up in my home and bit the shit out of me, i know it's funny but shows the age of maturity that some of the users got here in sajha.

sajha has always been a political playground for people of different grade. You will create a thread in sajha that favors democracy and yes you will also see a thread that favors Maoists and even Royalists. It's obvious, you will see a people who don't like your political stand and they will comment against you and even flag your thread. Likewise, someone will support you too. It's depends upon your creativity and your fascination that you will draw their attention towards you and prove your point.

Please read my posts again.  You will find your answers.

I see Bairagi's facebook comments reagrding IP address.  Bairagi, please google ways to access restricted IPs.  Nagarik went to Harvard for Comp Science and Stanford for Law School.  Makale went to MIT.  I was at MIT with Makale who later went to Yale Law and I ended up with a shitty law school because of my terrible LSAT score.  I know many others here in Sajha who are very competent guys.  These guys are just examples.  I don't know Nas personally to shed light in his background but he seems to be a smart guy.  You may not know these guys but it's foolish to assume that they are not doing anything except whining in Sajha.  It's foolish for Sajha to assume that these guys are not able to access sajha.com or post if they really desire so. 

Like I said, certain law school students are pushing the the issue to bring Maoists to justice.  These guys have formed a group of law students from west and east to push this agenda and most likely something will happen soon.  You may hear these things in media if they prefer it disclosing.  I was just cautioning you guys.

Those who know Nagarik very well know that he is notorious for suing corporate executives in personal capacity.  He even went on to suing a 65 year old lady who was the president of a non profit corporation and was serving in a fully voluntary capacity.  The defendant's counsel argued for immunity but the district court denied their motion and the poor lady is facing trial in her personal capacity.  I'm afraid, San may have to spend 20,000 dollars to get his case settled or dismissed if he gets into trouble.

Moreover, if faced with charges of support for terrorism or any other civil complaint, does San or Sajha.com have capability to defend?  San, you  have implied that you do support the voice of Maoists.  Supporting a communist party is itself a cause to disqualify you from becoming a permanent resident or a citizen of United States.  Did you disclose in your I-485 application that you support Maoism/Terrorism/Communism?  Remember, anything can become an issue if someone wants to make it an issue. You are giving an opportunity to make it an issue.

I try to let discussions flow their own course and don't like to check user IP's but one look at KantipurNagari's IP address and it is clearly evident that:

Man I am afraid now that our generations had been to MIT, Harvard, Stanford and lobbying in Sajha for ICC. Ram Ram kahi katai kehi lekhiyeko chha bhane pani daraunu parne bhayo. I was thinking I have little bit knowledge, now people are threatening about schools, immigrations, even writing in Sajha. Kantipurnagari, one of the my professor always joke and sometime seriously said he like Hugo Chevez because one of another professor is working with us is professor of Venezuela as well as visiting professor here. He might be a terrorist too. He is an American and I think he is probably 10 professors (very rough) who is widely cited probably with more than 100 publications though I am a very weak student trying to do Phd. Definitely, you guys can do lobby for Maoist to come in justice and we are always with you guys. But I don't think, if any one here is Sajha commenting about the prime minister of Nepal or some parties will also have to go to ICC. Very unusual comment.

The bigger LOL would be the same person managed to attend all of the IVY schools in the east and stanford in the west, churned out several majors. Bravo!

You have called makale aka nagarik aka kantipurnagari many times as intelligent/intelluctual. I just remember few months back when nagarik used to fight with almost everyone in sajha, and finally he left. Around those times, at one point he expressed his happiness by saying " i am happy that Mr X and Mr Y are also Rajabadi". I thought this guy is in sajha with a goal to promote political agenda of a particual group/family/person. I guess, that is more clear now.

I am not saying it is right to ban someone just because he is trying to promote a political agenda. I am just observing how some people get mad as they fail to establish their agenda among a group of people online.

Paulinadidi, i hope u wont brand me a maoist. You may have seen the posts where i am in disagreement with the people who tend to be blind supporter of BRB, and ofcourse i have always protested the maoist atrocities as well as violation of human rights by state during the maoist war and in normal times. If I define the judicial system, it does not mean I favor the judge or the accused or the guilty. If I define democracy it does not mean I support any party. What kind of stupid logic is that? ५. सानदाइले साझामा पटक पटक गर्ने आग्रह भनेको एक अर्का प्रतिको सम्मान हो । मकले कान्छाले माओवादीको समर्थकहरु सब मरुन् भन्दै र सबलाई गाली गर्दै एकै दिनमा कैयौ धागाहरु सिर्जना गरेपछि सानदाइले यस्तो नगर्न भनेकोमा पौलिना दिदी आदीबाट मकलेकान्छा केही नजान्ने लाटो हो भनेर बचाउ गर्दै जवाफ आयो । अहिले हामी सबैको अगाडि छर्लङ भयो कि मकले कति लाटो रहेछ भन्ने कुरा, बिचरा MITको लाटो रहेछ!!

६. अब सान दाइले "माओवादीलाई मन पराउने र भोट हाल्ने नेपाली जनताहरु पनि त छन्, के ती सबै आतंककारी भए त?" भनेर लेख्ने बित्तिकै सान दाइ पनि आतंककारीको समर्थकमा गनिनुभयो, गजबको तर्क छ मकले कान्छा एण्ड कम्पनीको!!! अझ सानदाइ माथि कानूनी कार्वाही सम्म हुनसक्ने धम्की! अचम्म त्यो हत्यारा आतंककारी बाबुराम भट्टराईसँग बसेर ओबामा बुढाबुढीले कसरी फोटो खिचाएछन् कुन्नी? कि अमेरिकाको नीती पनि मुख्य आतंककारीलाई केही नगर्ने उसका समर्थकहरुलाई मात्र कार्वाही गर्ने रहेछ कि? कान्तिपुरी साथीको कानूनी ज्ञानको पारेमा जान्दा हाँस्न बाहेक मैले केही गर्न सकिन ।
