which city / state is best to live for immigrants and Nepalis ??

post your opinion. people are comparing australia, canada and Usa.. but usa itself is so big and diverse.. state like NY is quite different from KY.


i think either California or New York City metro area is the best places for us foreigners.
city life, busy people.. etc.

well, I think Virginia is excellent for immigrants....well, I have lived in Kentucky ( it sucks ) , North Carolina ( not that good ), Virginia ( comparatively the best so far )....very diverse, easy access to everything...many other good characteristics !

one thing i think is it is important that as being immigrants or minorities, we should work in a diverse company otherwise u wont enjoy working with all Whites.. i have worked in a company which was 99% white and it wasnt fun.. the whites in mid-west are a little racist and want to only hang out with whites.

San Francisco is the best in my opinion. California is the most diverse state in USA. The weather is great an the people are very liberal. Also very 420 friendly community.

newyork city, Queens, jackson hts is the best place to live, u will never feel like u are in foreign country while staying overthere, u will find 80% of nepali and dhotis in that place,

forget you all, the most beautiful state in live is 'OREGON', i mean in real capitol letters 'OREGON", you are only one hour from the beach, one hour from the mountains, one hour from any point of place you want to get. clean, no pollution, greeen all year around. cheap, friendly people, and weather you cannot find a better weather like oregon. so come on over and live in oregon. there are lots of jobs available. its a classy state.
